Pricing
Our entire process relies heavily on your design specifications and budget. With your design specifications in hand we begin our detailed pricing process to provide you with a total project price that includes manufacturing, warehousing, delivery, and installation.
Annotated Furniture Plans
After receiving your specifications and the furniture plan, our team combs through the entire project and creates annotated furniture plans to ensure every item on the specifications matches the items listed on the floor plan. We want to be sure we accurately capture every item in your project to ensure neither one of us ends up with a surprise during installation.
Vendor Integration
Once we have a complete grasp of the project and our pricing sheet built we begin integration with our extensive list of suppliers and vendors to find you the best quality at the best price point for your project. We have long standing relationships with many of the industry’s top manufacturers, and we are always happy to integrate with more if you are looking for a bespoke product.
Historic and Bottom-Up Estimation
To build your estimates, our team relies on our years of experience to develop your estimate through both historic data and line-by-line estimation. Throughout this process, we are able to capture an extremely accurate and transparent estimate to bring your project to life.
Pricing Delivery
Upon delivery of the estimate, you will see the exact cost of each of your products, the shipping estimate, and installation costs. At this point we are ready to assist your team with any value engineering required to meet the budgetary confinements of your clients.
Budget Management
We are here to be your teammates throughout the project, but especially in budget management. We understand your customer, your team, and all parties have a budget number they are trying to stay within. Whether the project is under or over budget, we can help you find ways to find savings or create more value for your customer from start to finish.
Sourcing, Buying, and Managing your Product
Purchasing
With the deposit in hand and the green light to begin buying, we submit all the purchase orders necessary to begin manufacturing on your product.
Sequencing
Internally, our team will sequence and prioritize items that need to start manufacturing immediately and those that need to wait until closer to project delivery. We do this so that your product arrives on site at the right time and in pristine condition.
Warehousing
As product manufacturing is complete, we ship, track, and warehouse the product until you and the property are ready for installation.
Over the years we have developed numerous partnerships across the country that provide us with warehousing locations to keep your products safe, organized, and ready for installation.

Delivery and Installation
Once every party is ready for the installation and all of your product is in hand, our favorite time has arrived – installation. We integrate with the owners, general contractors, and/or current facility management to ensure the property is ready for the installation and they are ready for us.
Unboxing and Placement
Upon arrival, our team will begin by unloading, unboxing, assembling, and labeling all of the product. The product will then be sorted and moved into the property and placed according to the design specifications.
Staging
During this process, our team will assist in staging your areas by unboxing and organizing your accessories and even placing them if you would like.
Artwork and Fixtures
As your design requires, we are prepared and able to hang all artwork, window treatments, or other fixtures. We can self-perform much of this work or we manage the scheduling and integration of a vendor to provide it.
Trash and Debris
When we step off the property for the last time we want to be sure we are leaving it ready for total use. This includes handling all trash and debris. In coordination with the property or facility management team, we will source dumpsters or create a trash removal plan to ensure it is handled and not an additional headache for your customer.
Project Closure, and Continuing Support
Post Project Support
Although this point of the project may be considered a project handoff, Golden Sourcing is happy to continuously support your community long after our trucks leave the site.
Product Documentation
Throughout the project lifecycle, our team diligently collects and files all required documentation and information applicable to product we purchase. This includes CAL 117 and other flammability certifications, product care and cleaning instructions, and a catalog of the artwork we install.
Damage Claims
Every effort is made to ensure a safe delivery and installation of all items, but accidents can happen during transportation. We like to reassure our clients that we will take lead on any damage claims and ensure a solution is found quickly. Our relationship with our vendors, local crews, and furniture repair specialists help us resolve these issues quickly.
Warranty Follow-Up
In the event of any product breaking or problems that you believe may be due to a manufacturing or installation error, Golden Sourcing will coordinate with all involved parties to find a solution to the issue.
Additional Product Requirements
At any point, if you decide to add more product to the project feel free to contact us and we are happy to purchase and install. Golden Sourcing will maintain a copy of the product we have already purchased for reference if additional quantities or replacements are needed over the years.
