Meredith Weide

 Meredith started in this industry as a part owner of Healthcare Environments with her husband Scott and their partners. During that time, she has become pivotal in managing the day to day operations and general project management for her clients. 

Over the years Meredith has developed a systematic approach to our process that increases the overall service we are able to provide to our clients, and the ease we have integrating with vendors, communities, and other stakeholders. As you see the project unfold, the attention to detail and pride in the product is self-evident throughout the process – and a great deal of that is due to Meredith’s direct action in the background.

Scott Weide

Scott’s more than 45-year professional career has been in technical services, sales, customer service, and operational roles in various global high tech and telecom industry leaders such as Apple Computer, Adobe, AT&T, Cisco, and others. Additionally, Scott has always enjoyed entrepreneurial endeavors – starting and growing businesses – in the fields of procurement, logistics, property/real estate, and agribusiness. Eighteen of those 45 years has been as an owner of Healthcare Environments, a procurement and logistics services company, based in Hickory, NC primarily focused on the senior living industry. 

What motivates Scott most is family and service – service to others, teams, achieving mutually beneficial agreements and outcomes while exceeding expectations. That’s why we have always made our business a family business. Finally, being outdoors is spiritual to Scott – whether it’s golfing, hiking, biking, skiing, fishing, or farming!

Mitch Weide

Mitch started in this industry helping out on installs with the family business when he was only 12 years old. Over the next eight years he would assist in dozens of projects across the country gaining a complete understanding of the installation process. 

After high school, Mitch enlisted in the Army where he would serve for nearly a decade all around the country and the globe. Since leaving the military, he has completed his bachelor’s degree in Organizational Leadership from the University of Denver and is in the process of completing his certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP).
